Description
Colorado Triple Play, the name given to the Building Assets for Fathers and Families (BAFF) demonstration project in Colorado, was one of seven grants awarded by the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) to states around the country. The project began October 1, 2010 and operations continued through September 30, 2013. Colorado Triple Play was the evolution of a long series of projects implemented by the Colorado Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) to improve the financial situation of Noncustodial Parents and thus improve the outcomes of the child support program.
